  • Name of receipient
  • Contact number of recipient
  • Email address used to place the order
  • Order number (if available)
  • Colour and size of the item(s) desired for return or exchange
  • Reason for the return (too big, too small, too short, too long, etc.)
  • Colour and size of replacement pair, if desired
    
    *Items to be in original condition, with tags still attached.

Local Shipping:

• Free shipping on orders above $80 SGD.
• Parcels will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days from the date of order placed.

International Shipping (Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam):

• Free shipping on orders above $120 SGD.
